Cooperation between Sheba Beyond and the United Arab

Sheba’s experts will remotely treat diabetes and instruct gynecologists

The Sheba Medical Center has signed two new cooperation agreements with the UAE.

The first deal was signed with between the Al Tadawi Medical Center and Sheba Beyond. 350 diabetics of the UAE security forces will be treated by Sheba’s specialists. Initially, Sheba’s physicians will travel to meet and diagnose the patients, after which they will remotely monitor their condition using a dedicated application.

Under another collaborative effort, Sheba Gyn/OB specialists will travel to Dubai to instruct the medical teams at the Medcare Women & Children Hospital. Medical instruction will relate to various fields, such as fetal medicine, endometriosis and minimally invasive surgery.

“The agreement with Medcare is another giant step in building the bridge between our countries and instilling border-free hope for anyone in need of treatment” said Prof. Yitzhak Kreis, Director of the Sheba Medical Center.
